Prior to joining the staff of the Trinity Forum, Beth was the Director of Programs & Development for the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University where she oversaw day to day operations of the college, helped develop long and short term organizational and recruitment strategies, managed the advisory council, and facilitated leadership training with students. She also implemented special projects for the Eastern University Foundation, which included the planning, coordination and promotion of Conversations That Matter, an annual community event, the Harold C. Howard Center Opening Celebration, and the Eastern University Golf Cup and Auction.

Before heading to Eastern University, Beth was awarded one of twelve residential fellowships to participate in the 2002–03 Trinity Forum Academy class. The Trinity Forum Academy follows the approach of the Trinity Forum in a residential setting with emerging leaders between the ages of 22 and 27.

Beth has also served as a National Consultant for Chi Omega Fraternity, the world’s largest woman’s fraternal organization. Beth conducted organization and leadership analysis at over forty university chapters in twenty states. She also facilitated more than 120 training workshops, developed specialized recruitment strategies, and oversaw the planning and coordination of over sixty-five events.

Beth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Union University with her bachelors’ degree in political science (with a double minor in Christian Ethics and Communications) and was awarded a presidential fellowship at Eastern University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her master’s degree in nonprofit management. Her academic and personal interests include leadership development, organizational development, motivation and facilitation, group dynamics, theology, and popular culture. Raised in Paducah, Kentucky, she currently lives in Washington, DC.

In her spare time, Beth serves on the National Recruitment Team for Chi Omega Fraternity and advises the Beta Alpha Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Pennsylvania.
