Harry Stout Named Senior Fellow
Dr. Harry S. Stout, Jonathan Edwards Professor of American Religious History at Yale University, has been named a Senior Fellow of The Trinity Forum.
Dr. Stout’s research emphases include Jonathan Edwards, George Whitefield, and the American Civil War. His most recent book is Upon the Altar of the Nation: A Moral History of the Civil War.
He is Director of the Jonathan Edwards Center at Yale and General Editor of The Works of Jonathan Edwards published by Yale University Press. He is also the General Editor of the 17-volume Religion in America published by Oxford University Press for adolescent readers and the public schools. A highly recognized author, two of his books were finalists for the Pulitzer Prize, one won the Critics Award for history, and another received the Book of the Year Award from Christianity Today.
