Trinity Forum Conversations

The Trinity Forum has begun what will be a regular series of evening conversations with our Senior Fellows and other authors and speakers. Hosted by Trinity Forum President Cherie Harder and our Washington staff, each Conversation features a brief reception followed by a short talk from the featured speaker, who then facilitates an open discussion with the guests.

Our pilot Conversation, in May 2008, featured Don Eberly discussing themes from his new book, The Rise of Global Civil Society: Building Communities and Nations from the Bottom Up. In early July, we featured Trinity Forum co-founder Dr. Os Guinness, discussing his new book, The Case for Civility: And Why Our Future Depends on It. At the end of July we will be hosting Dr. David Aikman on his new book, The Delusion of Disbelief, and in early September we will host Dr. Dan Russ to celebrate publication of his book, Flesh-and-Blood Jesus: Learning to be Fully Human from the Son of Man.

If you would like more information about this series or would like to be added to the invitation list, please contact our staff.

What I mean by character is a firm, seasoned substance of soul. I mean qualities or acquirements as intelligence, thoughtfulness, conscientiousness, right-mindedness, patience, fortitude, long-suffering and unconquerable resolve.
