Reading Groups in Atlanta on July 24th and July 25th

Date:
Tuesday, July 24, 2018 - 7:00pm to Wednesday, July 25, 2018 - 7:00pm

Long Walk to Freedom

We hope you will join us for a discussion on  "Long Walk to Freedom," featuring the extraordinary story of anti-apartheid leader Nelson Mandela and his fight against injustice.

Featuring reflections from Mandela's autobiography, this Trinity Forum Reading also includes a preface by anti-apartheid activist Gideon Strauss and an introduction by international health expert Jonathan Quick who provides a thorough examination of the qualities that made Mandela a successful leader.

The Trinity Forum, in partnership with our Atlanta sponsors, are hosting Reading Groups as part of our "Character, Civility, and Pluralism" initiative, creating conversation on how to engage in more effective and meaningful civic life and leadership.

Light appetizers and drinks will be served, followed by a discussion of the Trinity Forum Reading, available at our online store.
