A Community Conversation

Love, Justice and Suffering:

The Legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Trinity Forum and Coracle invite you to a conversation on "Love, Justice, and Suffering: The Legacy of MLK" on Monday, April 30th at Busboys and Poets in downtown Washington DC. This month marks the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s death, and to reflect on his legacy, panelists will discuss Dr. King's theology of suffering — what it means, why it matters, what the implications are for our current times (both for the individual and for communities). In this pilot symposium series, the Trinity Forum and Coracle aim to provide a place within the local DC community to engage life’s big questions in the context of faith.
