For 32 years Roger has provided executive leadership at RLG International, leading the US, European and Canadian Operations. He is now serving as part of the Senior Executive Team.

RLG is a global management consulting firm that specializes in on-site implementation of measurable and sustainable performance improvement projects spanning across multiple and diverse industries such as oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, power generation, forestry, manufacturing, aerospace and defense.

Roger has served on both publicly traded and not-for-profit Boards within the Oil and Gas and Heath Care industries. He is currently on the Board of Governors (7 years as chair) for Regent College, a graduate school of Theology in Vancouver, Canada.

Within Roger’s 20-year relationship with Regent College, he and his wife, Carol, sponsor the annual Laing Lectures, named in honor of his father. The Lectures invite leading scholars from around the world to explore in interdisciplinary ways the relationship between Christianity and culture, and suggests ways in which that relationship may lead to greater flourishing of the church, the larger human household, and the whole community of creation.

Roger holds a Master of Arts in New Testament, and a Bachelor of Religious Education, from Providence Theological Seminary.

Roger and Carol have three grown children and one grandson and live outside of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
