Bruce Douglas is the founder and CEO of Harvard Development Company, a real estate development organization specializing in urban revitalization and rejuvenation through the development of civic-minded projects in underprivileged communities.

He serves on the boards of numerous educational and cultural organizations, including the Governor’s Council, Orlando Museum of Art, Taubman Center Advisory Board and the Program on Education Policy and Governance (PEPG) of Harvard University, and the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business of Rollins College.  Doctor Douglas has recently finished his tenure as head of Sterling College and is now President Emeritus of the school.
